Miswak(also known as Siwak or Sewak) is a highly effective natural alternative to traditional toothbrushes. It was the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad(PBUH) to use this particular twig from thePEELU tree for cleaning his teeth, and he would use Miswak before each prayer(shalat).
