1. Returns & Refunds

  • Eligibility: Returns and refunds are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped products.
  • Time Frame: You must request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Condition: Products must be unused, sealed, and in the original packaging.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Products opened or used by the customer
  • Expired products if the shelf life has passed
  • Products purchased on clearance or special offers (unless defective)

4. Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used during purchase.

  • Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refund processed to the same card
  • UPI/Net Banking: Refund processed to the original account

5. Shipping & Return Costs

  • Return shipping cost will be borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or shipped incorrectly.
