It must be returned in the SAME CONDITION AS I MAILED IT (Unopened, SEALED, unused, unbroken, etc) If your post office mangled the package, your carrier shoved it into your mailbox and broke it, folded your book or left your package where it could be carried off by a dog, or you left your mail in the box all day and your item melted we cannot be held responsible. The shipping costs *I* paid to mail your package (usually starting at $3.48), not the ones (usually $.70) *you* paid are non-refundable for undelivered (you left off the apt number or gave a non-existent or old address), opened, unclaimed, returned and refused packages, unless we made an error. If you are returning your item due to “buyer’s remorse” (you purchased the wrong item, you found it cheaper elsewhere after we shipped it to you, you didn’t check the expiration date and bought more than you’ll use before it expires, you didn’t like the flavor, the item didn’t work for you or as quickly as you wanted, or you didn’t read the entire description and “assumed” you knew what you were getting) we may accept a return, but the original shipping charge we paid to get the item to you will not be included in your refund and a 15% restocking fee will be added. In addition, RETURN SHIPPING WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY and will not be reimbursed by us.
