Organic extract of GREEN BLACK WALNUT HULLS (from the black walnut tree - juglans nigra) in 80-proof grain alcohol. Our tinctures are packaged in an amber glass bottle for longer shelf life, and come with a dropper cap for ease of use! SHAKE WELL before using, it is normal for some sedimentation to occur. Alcohol based tinctures are absorbed quickly when a dropperful is placed under the tongue for several seconds. The extract can also be taken dissolved in water or another liquid. Mix with very warm water or tea and allow to sit for 5-10 minutes to evaporate some of the alcohol content off.
